Run in the sun

Rhymes aside - this was my first run in a couple months, due to a mix of busy-ness and demotivation. Half a 5K and did slow down 4 times - although, rather annoyingly, but kinda not at the same time, one of those times was from a midge getting in my eye. However, I got an average pace of 9m 49s per mile so quite happy with that.

Besides that, I had a nice walk around town in the May sunshine, and I finally got my meds from the chemist. Plan on having egg & banana pancakes tonight!
