PEACEFUL ON THE CANAL.- Widwed?

A very wet morning with a cold wind so did my shopping at 8am then a lovely surprise as I got in,  as my eldest son turned up, so we had a lovely chat and a coffee. I did not get my walk until the afternoon, so not a lot to see, but was nice to see people having a trip up the canal. No sign of the swans, they must have taken the babies a swim they other way. My extra I just liked as they were growing together and I thought that although they are weeds, they are really lovely.
Wish the weather would warm up and get some good sunshine.
