Neck excercises

This is Rafi on the tilt table doing neck exercises. He seems to have some stiffness in his neck which stops him wanting to hold his head in midline, so the physios are trying to help him with this.
Kiera joined Colin and Rafi at the hospital this morning and I waited for Nina and Jodie to finish school and college before travelling to the hospital .
We managed a short visit to Western Park museum before Rafi let us know that he had had enough and wanted his bed!
He settles down for the night really early now which is good.
