Jubilee

It's amazing how looking for a blip focuses the mind and opens our eyes.

The number of times I have walked, run, cycled or driven past this lamp post are countless and I've never noticed it!

Well on my way home tonight I did and I think it's rather beautiful.

It's only been there since 1887, erected by the people of Kirkham to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria.

Thankfully there's nothing on the tv worth watching so I'm having and early night. I think I need it after last night's late blip.
