Rain clouds over Kirkcaldy

I met my running friend in North Queensferry this morning and we ran, mostly along the Fife Coast Path to Kirkcaldy, 18 miles, as part of our marathon training. Once again it was her longest run, the next longest will be the marathon in 5 weeks (unless she does a longer one without me).
Mr Rat was our support crew and met us a couple of times en route, bought pies for lunch, collected us from the end to go and eat the pies at daughter's and then returned to her car.
It was mostly sunny with a tail wind and only one light shower until we got to daughter's. 
There's an unusual angle on the Queensferry Crossing in extras and we got a couple of good views of the Forth Bridge.
Home in time for a bath before making tea and having the Zoom prayer meeting.
