Just Sophie

The physiotherapist was very thorough when I had my appointment about my back this morning. She’s confident there are no trapped nerves, just a muscular problem, and I came away with a few more exercises to do and the advice to do as much of my normal activity as I can. She reckons it should ease within a few days again and it’s already feeling more comfortable and mobile this evening.

We had our regular Tuesday afternoon routine with Sophie. I caught this close up of her while she was lying on the floor below my chair, playing an imaginative game with her soft toys.
