Rescued

We normally make homemade bread using a machine. We get good results, it’s easy to do and above all we know the ingredients so no ‘improvers’ have been added. I noticed that the bread machine wasn’t making the usual sounds and wondered whether the paddle had been put in. It hadn’t. So we took the contents out of the machine and prepped in the traditional way and we rescued everything with this lovely result.
