At Ruardean: Rollicking Raspberries...

Raspberries are the berry in my book. They hold the power to make you grab a handful as soon as you see them. You can feel the 'zaz' on your tongue before they even pass your lips.

Imagine them sinking slowly into the light, vanilla cake mixture and hit the Herefordshire apple at the bottom. Well thats what happened to the Apple and Raspberry Eves Pudding as it was slowly baked in the oven at Lodge Farm.
