Cygnet Sextet

Our builder/plumber/handyman friend, who we allow to keep some of his machines on our land, came to try to get one of his dumper trucks started. It has been standing outside unused for years. He wasn't having much joy so asked me to help him. He tied the dumper to his classic Land Rover pick-up and I drove the Landy down our drive until the dumper eventually started in a cloud of white smoke. I enjoyed the interlude. :)

I photographed the cygnets at Fishers Green where I also got shots of  common terns which I hope to better. I got a distant shot of a hobby too.
