Gotta hate polystyrene ceiling tiles

Mr.R removing  the fire risk tiles. Once they were, very fashionable.
The walls are now stripped. All he needs now is, sugar soap, paint, plaster, electrician,  new kitchen and a shower.
The gardens coming on though.
