Water of Leith weir

By the roar of the Edinburgh bypass.

Beautiful sunny day for a walk along the path.  Took in the Colinton tunnel and stood to watch a dipper for a while.  There were even wild strawberries flowering by the side of the path.

Back home in the evening and disturbed a fox, not sure who was most surprised as we both paused to take each other in before it trotted off between some parked cars.
