Training

I wouldn't go that far, I really wouldn't, but ahead of being in Lanzarote three weeks today and with my seven day bike hire all sorted, I thought I'd better get some miles in before I head out. This bloody cold is still lingering and making it all a bit more of an effort than it usually is so I chose my route with care today - file under 'Easy Miles'.
