Good to be out.....

....in the fresh air.

The day started grim with drizzle but we soldiered on until the sun came out then it was a glorious day to be out on the MTBs. We covered mainly Bridal Ways, in and out of Staffordshire and Worcestershire.

Even though I hit the gym on my two week holiday and probably clocked up more miles in that time than I would normally, it's nothing like the real thing.

As my sister has Covid it was just me and my pops, a lovely route taking in the countryside which seems to be blooming (the tracks were very narrow).

I got back and did some gardening followed by going to my parents for dinner with Claire and Orla.

Weekend done!
