After the rain

It’s a quiet household tonight - Pinot has gone home to her mother. Pinot was a perfect house guest!

We also farewelled a friend who has been living in Wānaka and now returning to Australia. We had a good walk at the Wetlands then a coffee. 
Always hard saying goodbye!

The fire is on - I’ve peeled and stewed many feijoa - set up our new computer and soon we will be watching another episode of “The Split” - we are really enjoying it.
