Monsoon Rain and standstill.

Today all the best plans for an early start were lost. Rain rain n\and more rain.. consquence.. a 2 hour commute, and long, no very long traffic lines. You see in Oslo all highways are 2 lane. They are considering a short stretch with 3 lanes!!!
