Let’s bake!!!

Today before Mum and gang came to visit I got my bake on!!

I ended up making one large Bundt cake - Raspberry, Pistachio and Chocolate marble - it was a very delicious pudding.

I made 27 Cherry Bakewell cupcakes, my Mum loves Cherry Bakewell so I boxed ip three for her, and the kids goal keeper coach also loves them so he got 6.

Mum also took some of the 22 carrot cakes I have made, Horatio and Theodore taste tested them, and as they were mainly made with my grandad in mind, they are gluten free, I boxed up 8 for my mum to deliver to him. I also sent 4 cakes next door as we may have a little too much, although I’m not sure that too much cake is a bad thing!!

Mum bought me some Rhubarb from my Grandads garden and I am looking forward to creating some new things with that this week!
