Day out

We had a day out at Dunham Massey (National Trust) in Altrincham. We are NT members so we've been here many times but we never tire of it. 
The photo is of the Mill on the estate. 
We had a walk around the garden before having lunch in the restaurant. After lunch we went in the house and had another little walk in the grounds before coming home. 
We had intended to go to Little Moreton Hall but when I had a look on the website yesterday there are parts of it closed for renovation and as it's some time since we went to that venue, we'd prefer to wait till it's all open.
Chilly breeze today and dull skies in the morning but brighter in the afternoon. 
Dunham Massey was really busy (never a problem though as the estate is huge) and things seem pretty much back to normal (good to see after almost two and a half years of the pandemic).
