I was up early and put on my scruff for painting the back door. It’s a horrid job and I would gladly pay someone to do it. All the decorators in our neighbourhood are fully booked through the summer.

Painting gave way to sunbathing and a cycle down to visit the swans. Longer cycle down to North Berwick and testing the bike on some hills. Passed with flying colours.
