Birds, not of a Feather

Another lovely sunny day.  I took a look round the garden with a view to taking some flower photos, which I did, then I spotted a sparrow preening in our neighbour's tree. 

After lunch we went into town to find a coffee. The Barge and Quarterdeck had stopped serving hot drinks so we walked round to York's Cafe.  On the way back to the car via a footpath we came across a fledgling robin hopping around.  He seemed fine, just a little lost, but quite safe by the footpath, anyway I took his picture and we left him to it (see extra).
