Walking and etching workshop

One of the other students on my course (though the socially engaged art speciality rather than photography) wanted some guinea pigs to try out her walking and etching workshop.

We had a couple of hours walking, and then returned for lunch, conversation and making etched prints using old tetrapack cartons. It was lovely to walk without thinking about finding the way (though I completely lost my sense of direction at one point when the Manchester skyline appeared from behind the trees in the opposite direction to where I expected )
