Cattle Egret

Well I'll take a chance and identify this fine bird as a Cattle Egret. Hopefully my very own bird consultant will be viewing this and put me right if I have got it wrong again!

Met a very nice man from Clermont, Central Florida who was taking picctures at the same time. He had one of the new Nikon 7100s which only came out a few weeks ago but I don't think he had used a camera much before so I was able to give him a few tips. When I spoke to him he was convinced I was from Brooklyn, New york. I hadn't realised the people of Brooklyn spoke with Glasgow accents. The things you learn!
