Gizzards

The final day of our guest’s visit, so we went to the Île de Ré for a meal before dropping them at the airport. Fantastic restaurant (La Marine) can be well recommended. My starter was the confit gizzards on a salad, with croutons and a light raspberry vinaigrette. Delicious. I followed with moules frites and a panna cotta desert.
