Back to Bread Making

One thing I can’t really do when we are in the Camper van is make our sourdough bread. So first day the starter came out of the freezer and into the fridge, next day empty most of it out and feed it. Today, it was back to normal and tonight we had soup and warm bread straight out of the oven. Otherwise a so so day as Liverpool faltered in the PL with only a draw but I did manage to do the trailer for my next audiobook on the podcast - War of the Worlds, the HG Wells classic. Reading begins in earnest on Monday as the family are coming over for lunch tomorrow for Mother’s Day,
