Tulips

Last day of my working week.  As ever I started my day with a walk.  Work was yet another busy day, whi8ch went on rather too long.  BB was doing some last minute revision this morning, and was in a Teams meeting when I realised that he needed fed before going to his modern studies exam.  The beauty of Teams is that I went off camera, message a colleague who was also on the meeting to say that I would keep listening, but couldn’t participate.  Perfect – I fed him and he headed off to school.  He came back a few hours later and said it was pretty easy!  I can safely say I have never come out of an exam and said that.
 
I had to then cover a meeting for a colleague – it was a most depressing meeting and I headed straight out for a brisk walk to clear my head.  Later I had another meeting to discuss the output of the depressing meeting.  Yes, it’s been another day of far too many Teams meetings.
 
BB went to rugby training, only to find out it wasn’t on – however a few had turned up, so they mucked around with a rugby ball.  Later he had football training.
 
I headed out for some late steps.  It was very quiet and very mild.  I fell into bed almost as soon as I got home – so very tired.
 
These tulips have been planted by our local community gardening group.
