Strange parking

I was on my way between Groß-Umstadt and Habitzheim, heading home, when I noticed a car parked in an untypical way: on top of a container.
Had someone used the opportunity that the car was already jacked up and stole the front wheels? Or was there another reason for the car's position and state?
