Liz And Kitty

Reporting back from a superb trip out to Tutbury Castle at the invitation of JDC (Jaguar Drivers Club)

My wife and I took Kitty to join a resplendent line up of stunning Jaguar classics. On a fine day and in the most wonderful surroundings.

We were treated to a meal in the banqueting hall followed by a fantastic talk by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth l.

She spoke at length about her life as the daughter of Henry Vlll and her time as Queen of all England. 

It was a spellbinding performance by the accomplished actress and historian Lesley Smith. We were all utterly in awe and came away feeling we had been transported back to those times of chivalry, treachery, Lords and Ladies, Kings, Queens and courtiers.

Brilliant!

Then Her Majesty joined us outside for chat and photographs. More in extras. 

She said my chariot was sexy and was very complimentary, whilst posing in character for some really nice pictures.

A truly enjoyable and entertaining day which I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
