Low tide
Another chunk of the Ayrshire Coastal Path with Glasgow Ramblers, mostly sunny, and very sociable to the extent that I returned with just two potential blips, neither particularly memorable, unlike the conversation.
When we arrived at Troon the tide was as far out as it gets, and was on the turn when we had a coffee stop in the dunes and where I got my blip.
Thereafter there was a small amount of low level drama as we navigated a rather large breakwater which had not appeared in the walk description. The upshot was that some of the group took a detour and re joined us for lunch just beyond Prestwick.
