Peregrine Falcon

Peregrine Falcon (I think?) at Les Grangettes this afternoon. This is the first one I’ve ever seen. Whilst I was taking the photo I heard a rustle in the undergrowth and spotted a baby Wild Boar, who spotted me and did an about turn. I did too as I was concerned about where his mum might be! Very exciting few minutes.

The extras show a heron and a nesting grebe. A great hour down by the lake followed by meeting friends for drinks and sushi.
