Lily Pads

The white water lily (Nymphaea oporata) is abundant in the marsh at a park where I frequently walk. The first lily pads of the season have appeared, and soon they will completely cover this small lake. The plants are not quite ready for Flower Friday yet, but I will visit them again when they begin to bloom next month.
