Snug as a Bug

Thanks so much for all the hearts, stars and comments on my 3000th blip yesterday.

I’ve done it! I emailed my Head teacher this morning and handed in my notice. I get paid until the end of august so I have lots of time to decide what to do next.
At the moment I feel a sense of relief but also a bit guilty. My HT rang and said that she had no idea I was feeling so bad. She asked several times if there was anything she could do to make me stay.
It’s been a hot and sunny day. We’re barbecuing tonight and celebrating my decision with champagne.
