Another birthday

It was N’s turn to have a birthday today. He had plenty of cards and phone calls. For lunch we went to our favourite little Thai restaurant, and having been forewarned of his birthday they brought him an ice cream dessert with candles. Luckily they didn’t all wear hats, bring balloons or sing, like they do for youngsters on theses occasions.
