Snake Eye

We had a nice afternoon walk in sunshine - 10C warmer than yesterday and much less wind. The warmth has now also woken up the vipers. We saw this young one during our walk. Its eye is also visible - pity that I did not get a decent shot when it held its forked tongue out.
