Collared Dove

On and off for the last few weeks, I've been trapping birds to ring them. The trap is small and called a 'maze' trap and is designed for small birds.
I then bait it with seed.
This Collared Dove was so keen to get to the seed, that is broke the entrance to get inside it. Amazing how such a stupid biord has managed to spread across the whole of Europe in less than one hundred years!
