Spinning

For the last couple of days I’ve had a weird sensation of the room spinning when I lay down in bed and then when I woke up in the morning. Thought it was odd, but as it passed I assumed it was perhaps that I’d changed position too quickly and was nothing. Well, today the weird dizziness continued after I was up and had packed my bag ready for the trip south. I went into the office and got through a couple of online meetings ok but then moved to an in person one and really started to feel nauseous and not well. Staggered through that one then called the GP and it seems I have labyrinthitis…so that’s put the kybosh on driving down :(
One last online meeting then I had a chat to J about the next couple of months’ transitions and contemplated all that needs to be packed up in my office. Home via GP and pharmacist to get some tablets that will help with the nausea, passing this chalked up note on the way, then went to bed for a couple of hours before waking and having a sandwich whilst I watched some Bridgerton. A was at a conference all day and then out socialising with her workmates.
