Abandoned…

this croft house was home to a family forty years ago. Now, the Swallows and House Martins live here and it was good to see them. The Apple tree blossom was alive with Bumblebees. Lambs lay with Oystercatchers feeding around them. In the Pine copses Cuckoos were calling. On the walls around the sheep pens Wheatear pairs were sitting and nesting in the crevices. The first Heartsease (V) Field Pansies were flowering on the bank. A lovely day.
