Bath tub Carrots

Lots of weeding was done at the plot today.

Then I sowed carrots in the bath tub. The idea is that carrot root flies won't notice our carrots when they are raised up from the ground. Fingers crossed. 

I believe the big plant is red-veined sorrel, as I found a plant label. We'll have to try eating some.
