Tony Singh. Chef between restaurants.

He used to be the chef at Oloroso.
You may have seen him being slightly bonkers on the Great British menu.

But this morning he was having a quiet moment in the coffee shop
when I pestered him for a shot (he was very nice) and a nutter started
staring at him though the window.
