Swan Plant seed head

It's been a quiet day - not surprisingly.  I did however enjoy an hour or so of photographing this seed head.  I can't hold my camera up so using a tripod was a good option.  Otherwise it's been a pretty restful day - a few visitors, a lot of lying on the sofa, a bit of sleeping.  Whatever it takes really to accelerate healing (in a natural way of course - no drugs for this woman!)  More of the same planned tomorrow plus a vege store visit.  Exciting stuff!
