Light

This shot was taken at ten to eight this evening as I completed run three of week one of Couch to 5k. The light was literally at the end of the last run and a good reward for having done it and on a school night too.

Lots of things packed in today including some sharing of news that’s been a long time coming. And then a mammoth job to set cover for 4 lessons tomorrow. I’m sure the headspace granted by a day out of school will prove to be worth the effort.
