Clematis alpina

A rather shy plant in my garden, it likes to hide in the neighbour's flowering currant.
The day started rather grey and a bit damp so I got on with inside things and the weekly shop but it brightened up in the afternoon so I went into the garden and planted a few things.
Then the evening run with the group which was "on tour" - I led a route from here into the bluebell woods, new territory for most. It was actually WARM, the breeze has gone round to the SW, so nice to be out on a lovely evening.
