A simple coffee date

So coffee with a dear friend. Whose dog here Buxter had major orthopaedic surgery 2 weeks ago.  We are sitting in the garden qnd I said he has something lodged in his mouth paw attack stuff he was getting distressed  then stopped and started again... So visit to vet sedation in waiting area as he clearly remembered surgery and place! 
Yes i was right!!! piece of tree half size of pencil. stuck across mouth...Removed phew!! and then magic injection to unsedate him.  Per ching! £200 I could not afford a dog.. He was treated so well.  My friend said orthopaedic surgery 2 weeks ago was 5k.. She is a Doctor   and openly  admits dogs have more accessible treatment  immediately and treated faster than humans...
