Lightening at Night

It's storm season here. Tornado Watch, Severe Thunderstorm Warning and earthquakes make for a normal spring in Oklahoma. Well maybe not the earthquakes but they have been happening.

I spent part of my night holding my camera up to the window to capture some lightening.

If you look at the top right of the cloud you can see a small sliver of lightening that I did manage to capture.

I will have to be happy with that. The warnings to not play with electronic devices in a storm starting making more sense when one picture I took was a big flash of white light. Too close for me.
