Monarch’s Way trail

For this evening’s walk I met B at Wooten wawen by the footpath to Monarch’s Way. I took Pierce and Sid and also my brother’s dog Gem. We went down the path, crossed the bridge over the canal and then continued on the Monarch’s Way through some lovely bluebell woods. The birds were singing and it was a lovely walk. When we got back to where the cars were parked we found my front number plate had been stolen, someone had kindly left a note on my car to say they had had their back number plate stolen and the times it was likely to have happened. So at least we could tell that to the police. Very annoying! Anyway, back home now, dogs have had supper.
