Lobster thank you

This afternoon the owner of the rescued cat came up to deliver a bucket of shrimp and a lobster as a thank you (he’s a fisherman!)
I’ve had quite a memorable evening figuring out how to shell the prawns and cooked them in a nice garlicky chilli oil in the oven. Cannon currently dealing with the lobster.
