It's Tiny Tuesday!

It's Tiny and a Very Busy Tuesday for us this week, so busy that I only just remembered to take a shot and plumped for this lovely orchid brought by my cousin S on Sunday.
The day began when we were tasked with looking after Stella-Rose and taking Violet to school, just as the window fitters arrived to fit new windows to the office and upstairs landing window. Fortunately daughter #1 and The Son were on hand to assist.  In the end Mr MC took Violet on his own and did same collecting her at the end of the day where he found the road coned off for 'essential waterworks' in our usual parking place and horror of horrors, a traffic warden!  Such creatures are very rarely seen in those parts and so it seems a strange coincidence that one arrived today...
Later this afternoon, and early evening we had the usual Brownies runs after which we put S-R to bed as Mummy would be staying over with her once she had returned from her after work dental appointment.
It was nice to relax this evening and the new windows are lovely, as were our  window fitters.  Unfortunately their boss made an error when measuring the architrave  for one window, so they will have to return, but we are not sure when as these pieces are made in Poland.
