Pleasantly surprised

After a day full of Zoom and keyboard clicking, I wasn't in the mood to do any cooking.
Luckily, the boss' last trip to Costco produced a Kung Pao chicken meal. 
It was really good, plenty of spice for flavour.
But there again, I have no frame of reference as this is the first time I've had something called Kung Pao. 
But it won't be the last.


Ah well...
