Mermaid

Here's a photographer at work on the stormy beach of Arpoador Point at Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro.

The sea was as wild as I've see it here and the waves sometimes reached to five feet of the model who remained remarkably calm throughout. I was pleased to get a shot when the guy's remote flash on his tripod was triggered by his shutter release.
