Wonderful day!

What a beautiful day today. Alderney is stunning! We hired a car and had a lovely island tour. Our return boat has engine trouble and won’t be fixed for over a week. It’s the only ferry so we now have to fly back on Thursday which is more expensive. They refunded hubbies return journey but not mine as it was a prize that I won!! We will have a few more hours here so not all bad. We had a lovely meal tonight at a tapas restaurant. I’ve made collages as there are lots of photos! See extras too! As we left the guest house and walked up the drive we met my second cousin and her hubby who are also having a holiday here. We had a surprise to see them. We saw them 3 times throughout the day! The first collage is Gannet Rock. A wonderful site to see and very noisy with thousands of Gannets! My cousin and her hubby are sat watching them. Puffin trip tomorrow…can’t wait!
