Colour

Even when camalia flowers are jdead on the ground, they still have such an attractive rich colour.

Went to kitchen shop to see what salesperson had dreamed up on his computer. Very pretty but not my style. We discussed a few details and I said I wanted a new sink with one central basin and a drainer either side. He said this doesn’t exist. Then said can’t have tiles for work surface - it’s just not done anymore. I left him to work on it and he insisted on another appointment in a couple of weeks.

Another person came in the afternoon and was much more interesting. A real craftsman who could see the issues and tuned in to my way of thinking. I just think his devis will be very high!
He did say he could provide style of sink I want and that I can go his shop again to choose materials etc.

Met neighbour on other side in garden today. The neighbourhood seems populated by widows. She is very nice.
