First full day of our holiday. I feel very relaxed, it's good to take a break from the stress of getting ready for our house move 
Ann went off for a walk to meet Colin who was walking from Dawlish, I went for a local stroll and took some pics.

Once Colin and Ann were back we took the ferry over to Shaldon. It was a lovely sunny day and we sat outside at The Clipper and had a very nice brunch.

After the meal and a walk along the front at Shaldon we returned by ferry to Teignmouth and drove over to Dawlish where we had another walk and a coffee 
All in all a very nice day.

The picture is of the beacon at Shaldon that stands near the Ness where the River Teign meets the sea. (I feel I've blipped this before but it does lend itself to having its picture taken!).
